Intentional strategy, inclusive community, lasting impact.

Hi, I’m Sinclair — a strategist, curator, and community builder helping founders, creatives, and companies clear the noise, build real connection, and create experiences that actually feel good.

I founded Sindicate Sessions to create the kind of space I couldn’t find myself, a place to support both visionaries and communities. I know what it feels like to give everything while quietly burning out, and my work is rooted in helping others thrive without losing themselves in the process.

With nearly a decade of experience in DEI, partnerships, and events, I’ve led global inclusion programs supporting over 300 ERG leaders at Indeed, managed $500K+ in enterprise partnerships at Luminary, and produced 20+ curated events through Sindicate Sessions. Along the way, I became certified in Project Management and trained as a #IAmRemarkable facilitator, allowing me to combine operational expertise with human-first leadership.

At the heart of everything I do are five guiding values: clarity, connection, culture, care, and creativity. Whether I’m supporting a founder with systems, producing a vibe-rich event, or shaping inclusive partnership strategies, I design solutions that feel intentional and human.

Sindicate Sessions is both my business and my ethos, a commitment to building work, creativity, and community that actually feels good.
