These Terms apply to all clients, event participants, and site visitors. By using our services or attending events, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Services

When you book services with Sindicate Sessions, we will provide a scope of work and payment terms. Services may include ongoing retainers, hourly support, or project-based packages. Deliverables will be agreed upon in writing prior to starting work.

Discovery Calls & Proposals: Initial consultations may be complimentary. Proposals, scopes of work, and timelines must be approved before services begin.

Client Responsibilities: You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary materials to complete services.

Third-Party Tools: We may use tools (e.g., Asana, Airtable, Canva, Squarespace, etc.) to deliver services. You are responsible for any third-party subscription costs unless otherwise agreed.

3. Events & Community

Sindicate Sessions produces community events, retreats, and activations.

Ticketing: Tickets or registrations are non-transferable unless otherwise specified. Refund policies will be listed per event.

Code of Conduct: We are committed to creating safe, inclusive spaces. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

Media Release: By attending an event, you consent to photography and video recording for promotional purposes unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

4. Payments & Refunds

Invoices: Payment terms are outlined in invoices or service agreements. Late payments may incur fees.

Deposits: Some services and events require deposits. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds: Refunds for services or events will be reviewed case by case. Digital products are non-refundable.

5. Digital Products & Intellectual Property

License: Any templates, guides, or digital downloads you purchase are for personal or business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without written permission.

Ownership: All content on our site, including text, images, templates, and event materials, remain the intellectual property of Sindicate Sessions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive information shared during services will not be disclosed without consent, except as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sindicate Sessions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, digital products, or event participation. Participation in events is at your own risk.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services or refuse event participation if you breach these Terms or engage in harmful behavior. You may terminate services at any time, but outstanding invoices remain due.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. Updates

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on our website with an updated effective date.
